Submissions from Your Users

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for content submitted by your users through your campaigns. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding user consent, privacy, and intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
You authorize us to charge your payment method
Prices may change with 30 days' notice
Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for certain plans. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan unless you select a paid plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent periods
You may export your data before cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FansFrame and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. AI Moderation

Our AI-powered moderation feature is designed to assist you in reviewing content. However, it is not perfect and should not be relied upon as the sole means of moderation. You are responsible for final moderation decisions and ensuring content complies with your standards and applicable laws.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

12. Data Backup and Export

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. You can export your data at any time through the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FansFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FansFrame from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FansFrame operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
